Fast bird
Mid morning, after some much needed rest I am near my destination, Shell Key. This bird hit the after-burners.

Unpacking
I decided to launch from the boat ramp at Ft. DeSoto. It worked well. There is a distance from the parking but it was a sandy launch.

An alternate launch
Here is the thin strip of sand at the low sea wall. I have already rigged my cooler to pull out to the island. Several launched on the other end of the bridge.
